The compact internal area was carefully redesigned to accomodate the clientʼs aspirations and take as much advantage of the iconic views.

The Brief
A complete renovation that could make this compact apartment very functional and beautiful.
The apartmentʼs interior was outdated and in urgent need of a complete renovation. Originally, the laundry was located in a common external area, and the kitchen was enclosed, disconnected from the living space and the views.
The clientʼs vision was to fully renovate the unit, opening up the kitchen to integrate it with the living area and adding an internal laundry.
The Main Idea
A smart intervention on the floor plan and the addition of bespoke joinery and extra storage
To respond to the brief, we demolished a wall to open up the kitchen, integrating it with the living area.
This change allowed the kitchen-living to fully integrate with the stunning vista.
We also added an internal laundry by redesigning the existing bathroom to accommodate a new laundry cabinet opening to the circulation. Custom joinery was installed throughout the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathrooms, maximising available space for additional and clever storage for practical use.
The Result
A unique apartment that maximises every square meter with a smartly designed floor plan.
The space has been beautifully finished and detailed, resulting in a stunning transformation.
