Interior Renovation of a four bedroom house including:

a new kitchen, relocation of the laundry and internal staircase to improve the internal layout and functionality of the spaces; a beautiful large new window was added to the stairs bringing northern light and enhancing the quality of the space.

The staircase location is critical to make an internal layout work. The use of a window at the staircase brings natural light into all levels of the house and can dramatically change the amount of natural light a house is exposed to.

The renovation included other internal improvements such as new flooring, custom joinery and new lighting design, new sliding doors and integrated horizontal sliding flyscreen, opening up to the backyard.
