The Old Rectory development comprises the addition of ten 2-3 bedroom terrace houses for over 65's at a Heritage Listed Site.
The three existing heritage buildings were retained, and the new terraces proposed on a vacant portion of the land.
All new terraces will have north-facing living rooms, front and backyard and are fully accessible, despite the slope of the land.
Green roofs and significant setbacks demonstrate care with the neighbour’s amenities.
A central lift and underground parking will mean that all terraces will have undercover parking with direct and level access to their front door.
